For those that want to develop this further, think about how these would be communicated, what sort of things would a person say that would indicate each of these kinaesthetic positions.

1. how I felt actually at the time of the traumatising event. (history)
2. how I remember feeling at the time of the traumatising event. (recollection)
3. how i feel now about the traumatising event. (meta-position)
4. how the traumatising event feels now. (present time)
5. how the traumatising event makes me feel (cause and effect)

6. how the traumatising event made significant other/s feel at the time (dissociated history)
7. how significant other/s remember feeling at the time of the traumatising event (dissociated recollection)
8. how significant other/s feel now about the traumatising event (meta-meta-position)
9. how the traumatising event feels now to significant other/s. (present time)
10. how the traumatising event makes others feel now. (dissociated cause and effect)

11. how I felt at the time of the traumatising event about how other/s felt.
12. how I remember feeling about how significant other/s remember feeling…
13. how I feel now about how significant other/s feeling now about the traumatising event.
14. how I feel now about how the traumatising event feels to significant other/s.
15. how the traumatising event makes me feel when I think about how it makes significant other/s feel now.
